Frequently Asked Questions

General information (product, guarantee, order)

Definitely !!! Everything that gives us pleasure and makes us happy is worth be bought.
There are many arguments for buying a swimming pool.
Here are the most important one:

  • Buying a swimming pool and installing it your garden automatically increases the value of your property by min. 15%-25%.
  • You save time. You do not have to pack the whole family into a car and drive all the way to a public swimming pool. After coming from work, you just change into a swimsuit, take a towel and you can enjoy your free time with friends and family by the pool. Summer becomes longer because you can use it 100%.
  • You invest in the health and physical condition of yourself and your family.
  • It increases the attractiveness of your garden.
  • You know, you are swimming in really clear, clean water because you have under control who does use your swimming pool and if the pool water is properly disinfected

he first question to ask is: what technical possibilities does my property have? First of all, you should determine how much space you have for the pool. Even the smallest, 5-meter pool can fulfill both functions: recreation and training. Yes, you can do a fully professional swimming training in a 5-meter swimming pool, by assembling a swimming machine called a counter-current (in more detail, we will tell you about it in another episode). Another thing you should think about is the swimming pool model, that is:

  • first, the shape of the basin (it can be a rectangular model with internal stairs, or a classic shape with Roman stairs, or modern with rectangular stairs)
  • secondly, the type of stairs (for ex. small stairs used only for a comfortable descent to the pool, or stairs combined with seats or couches, enabling relaxation and rest in the pool).

Selected solutions should blend in with the architecture and style of your home and garden.

When planning the purchase of a pool, you need to consider several elements in the budget:

  • First, the cost of purchasing a basin pool with basic equipment. At PoolsFACTORY GROUP, prices range from PLN 11175 to PLN 81700. The price depends on the quality and technology in which your swimming pool is manufactured. We offer 4 categories of pools, differing in price and quality.
  • Second, the cost of purchasing additional equipment for your pool. Thanks to this, your swimming pool will be more functional and you will be able to use it for a longer period of the year.
    The pool should be equipped, for example, with:

    • lamps that will illuminate the water mirror in the evening and create a romantic atmosphere;
    • a heat pump that will heat up the water so that you can enjoy the pool with all pleasure even on cooler days. Remember also that the water that will heat itself up on a hot day will cool down at night. So if you do not want to feel like at the Baltic Sea, invest in a heating device for your swimming pool. Heat pump prices start from PLN 3,999.
    • You will also need a cover of the water surface. If the pool water already heats up, spontaneously or thanks to the heat pump, then after finishing using the pool, you need to cover the water surface to prevent it from getting cold. 90% of the heat losses is lost through the water surface. There are many ways to cover the pool starting with solar film, and ending at pool enclosures. The average cost of a solar film with a roller 1600 PLN. However, the prices of pool enclosure start from PLN 17996.
    • If you dream of being in the swimming representation at the Olympics, it is worth to invest in a counter-current, i.e. a swimming machine. Thanks to it, you will be able to use the pool not only for rest and relaxation, but above all for everyday swimming sessions like in the Olympic swimming pool. The stream of water thrown at a speed of 55 to 70 m3 / h will allow you to swim on spot, despite the use of high force. Even the smallest pool equipped with this device will be able to satisfy your need for swimming, not just soaking in the pool. The prices of counter-currents start at PLN 4500.
  • The third point you should consider in the budget are the delivery costs to your place. The price depends on the pool size and the country it has to be transported. The rate per km starts from PLN 2,60 / km there and back. There is also the possibility of collecting your own pool by yourself.
  • The fourth point to think of in the budget is the cost of a company that will make the excavation, prepare the concrete plate at its bottom and finally cover the pool with dry concrete and reinforce the pool stairs. You should also include the cost of an electrician and a plumber who will connect the hydraulic and electric installation of your pool. If you have the right knowledge and skills in the field of construction and hydraulics, then you can do the assembly yourself. The most expensive is the pool installation implemented by the so-called pool companies.

The purchase and installation of a swimming pool is not everything. Remember also about daily exploitation of the pool, which mainly consists of: purchasing of pool chemicals and energy consumed by the entire installation. Depending on the use, pool equipment and its size monthly cost of pool maintenance varies between 200 and 800 PLN.

The following options for building a swimming pool are available on the market: firstly, inflatable and set-up pools. If you are not sure if you want to have a swimming pool at all, then at the beginning you can consider this option. Remember, however, about some important aspects of having this type of pool:

  • inflatable and set-up swimming pools are not durable and do not look professional
  • they rather blemish than decorate the garden
  • unstable construction
  • hardly anyone can properly distribute them, and the improper stretching of the pool bottom causes it to collapse. If the bottom of the pool is not flat, its vacuuming is practically impossible. Which means that if you cannot clean you’re the pool, you must empty all the warm water and fill in a fresh, cold one. This situation is repeated several times over the whole bathing season
  • another weak point is the “amateur” filtration system, based on a mini skimmer and a cartouche filter, i.e. a paper filter that is not able to clean the pool water in a professional way
  • instead of stairs, thanks to which you can safely enter and exit the pool, they have an unstable ladder
  • there is no places to relax in the pool as for ex. seats or couches
  • purchasing an inflatable and inflatable pool, you often cannot count on professional advice or help
  • the only advantage is the low price

The second pool type are steel pools covered with a special foil:

  • they are available only in 3 shapes ( circle, oval and eight-shape)
  • this type of pools has no stairs, entry and exit is possible only using a ladder
  • you will not relax on the seats or couches, because they simply do not exist
  • the downside is also the foil that the pool must be lined up with. It is rarely located well, which results with unsightly wrinkles and the pool is very difficult to keep clean. The dirt gets under the folds and stays under them, precise vacuuming of the wrinkled bottom is practically impossible
  • the straight angle between the walls of the pool and the bottom can lead to damages and unsealing of the pool as the water freezes in the wintertime
  • installing steel swimming pools require making of retaining walls and that increases the costs. Additional, technical complications occur when installing an eight-shaped pool.
  • installation of the steel pool is possible only on warm and sunny days, because the foil that the pool is lined with must be made at the right temperature during assembly

The third pool type is a polypropylene basin:
The pool consists of welded polypropylene plates. Welds and joints are highly visible;

The pool walls are very flexible and have a thickness of 0.6 to 1.5cm. Behind the walls there are reinforcements in the form of springs. These reinforcements become visible after filling the pool, which is caused by high water pressure on the walls;

Polypropylene basins are difficult to assemble, especially the filling of the side walls which are very flexible and arch in the middle of the basin.

Monolithic concrete pools and prefabricated concrete blocks are the fourth type of swimming pools they allow you to create a pool of any shape and size. Limited only by your imagination. Do you want to have a star shaped pool? No problem! There are several ways to complete such a pool - PVC film, ceramic or mosaic tiles, polyurea spray and paint.

Remember that a pool of bricks, concrete blocks is not 100% tight. Therefore, the processing of the pool is limited only to the lining with PVC film. However, if you want to pour out a concrete pool, check the tightness before completing the pool by simply filling the pool with water and leaving it to stand for about 3 weeks. Worth knowing about concrete pools:

  • They are the most expensive swimming pools and require a building permit, but they are also the most durable pools. When used properly, they serve many years;
  • They are also expensive to carry out, e.g. the lining of a concrete basin with foil from 50 - 100 € / m2 and with mosaic stones from 100 - 400 € / m3
  • The technology that completes the interior of the pool will determine its quality. For example, the inserted film is completely sealed, but welds are visible at the joints.

The fifth and the last type of pools are polyester basins, also known as fiberglass:

  • The products of the PoolsFACTORY GROUP have a Safety Certificate and Regular Production Surveillance issued by the internationally recognized and independent TÜV Rheinland Certification Body. The number of our certificate can be found under below and can be checked under the given link.
  • The construction of such a pool is monolith and supplied to you with basin elements already installed;
  • It is a pool made of the same material as a small plane. Laminating technology makes it one of the most durable pools on the market. Among other things, GFRP is used in the manufacture of boats, yachts and just small aircraft;
  • A special construction, with rounded corners at the point where the walls and floor of the pool connect, prevents freezing water in winter to create tension.

These are not the only advantages of GFK Pools.

  • There are no sharp edges;
  • There are many models and sizes available in the market;
  • They can be installed quickly and easily at any time of the year;
  • A building permit is not necessary;
  • Is the pool in this part of the garden no longer wanted? No problem, at any time you can dig out the pool and use it elsewhere, as it is not permanently connected to the ground.
  • The polyester pool is also easy to clean. Thanks to the smooth surface you can easily remove impurities;
  • You can order a pool in any RAL colour;
  • You can also renew the coating and install any elements;
  • Such basins are already factory-insulated with a polyurethane foam layer;
  • You will not find a cheaper version of a built-in basin than a GFK pool.

The Pools of the PoolsFACTORY are top quality products based on our newest GRACO machines and excellent materials manufactured by Ashland. The materials we use have appropriate certificates that guarantee their highest quality, which are also approved in many industries around the world, including the food industry. Products used are 100% safe for humans. From the same components arise e.g. drinking water tanks, fish ponds, yachts and planes. The secret of the quality of our products is the gelcoat. The gelcoat layer accounts for almost 60% of the quality of the final product. Gelcoat is a modified polyester resin with additives. The gelcoat is responsible for both: the aesthetics of the product at purchase and while using it. The resistance of the gelcoat to aging, atmospheric and aggressive conditions, scratches, bumps and other mechanical damage determines the durability of the product. Detailed information about the gelcoat we use can be found on our homepage. The even application of gelcoats is possible only thanks to the first-class special machines in which our company has invested. Another layer under the gelcoat is isophthalic resin, which lies on a thin glass mat and additionally protects against the ingress of water into the basin. Each of these coatings lies on a construction layer that has better properties than metal. It consists of a high-quality construction resin, which in combination with a glass mat unfolds a sensational effect and makes the pool stable and durable. In contrast, the glass may be in the form of a mat, a glass cloth or a fiber bundle which is sprayed with a resin and a hardener. This is called rowing technology. The German industry leader in this technology is the company Wolfangel, whose machines we also use for the production of our products to put on a 100% quality. PoolsFACTORY Group Pools are among the most durable laminate pools in the world. This is also thanks to the use of CARBON ARAMID mats (also called carbon kevlar). We were one of the first in the market to introduce this technology into the manufacturing proces of our pools. Carbon fibers are even five times stronger than steel, and aramid fibers are used in the production of bulletproof vests. Starpool pools are reinforced with CARBON ARAMID mats in the critical areas, and exclusive pools are completely covered with Carbon Aramid.

The manufacturing process of our swimming pools has been continuously supervised for years by the certification body TÜV Rheinland. The number of our certificate, which stands for Safety and Regular Production Monitoring, appears at the bottom of the certificate and can be checked at the link provided. The certificate covers both: the control of the entire production process of the pool from laminate, as well as our finished products which are in stock and which have already been installed. It is worth noticing that TÜV Rheinland issues various types of certificates not only for production processes and end products. So if a company advertises with such a certificate, it's worth checking to see what exactly it refers to. More information about can be found on the website. This is not the only certificate we have. The non-slip protection built-in in the structure of the steps of our swimming pools has a certificate issued by an independent certification body, the Technical Institute of Construction Prague. Below is the number of our certificate. It proves that the anti-slip protection used in our products meets the requirements of the safety standard DIN 51097. We also have a certificate from our supplier Conector certifying that we use higher quality Ashland products for our pools.

A pool insurance is worth considering. You do not have to worry about floods, thunderstorms, fires, and other unpredictable events If the pool should be destroyed, you can expect compensation for damage. The pool, like the house, will serve for many years. It is also worth to insure the pool enclosure, if you have one. Before you decide, check all the insurance offers available on the market.

The pool can weigh as much as a medium sized elephant. The weight of the pool varies from 100 kg to 3 tons and depends on its size and the quality in which the pool is manufactured. For more detailed information on the selected pool, fill in our form.

Ashland Gelcoats, which we use in the process of manufacturing of our swimming pools, are resistant to UV rays. If you use the pool acc. to manufactures description, it will not be discoloured. Remember that the pool should always be filled with water.

The technical edge is an additional stiffening and serves to protect the structure of the pool. It strengthens the basin and is crucial for: loading, transporting and unloading of the pool, so in moments when the basin is most vulnerable to damage. However, the technical edge is not part of the pool. It can be completely cut off after placing in the pit, and it is the that this edge is to be covered by the beach, for ex. by a curb. The technical edge is also not covered by the warranty, the cracks and scratches that occur during transportation, unloading or installation of the pool cannot be considered as a reason for a complaint, since the edge is aligned. Small damages the can arise only there and not on the walls of the pool.

Tempering is the process of hardening the material. However, it is not applicable to glass fiber and resin products. Our pools are not hardened by the hardening method, which makes the material more elastic and resistant to cracks.

The walls of our pools are angled, which protects the pool against ice damage caused by the freezing of water in winter. If the basin walls are set at an angle, the ice will be pushed up so that it does not damage the walls of the pool in any way.

The individual product brands of our pools differ in price and quality, so the length of the guarantee depends on which brand you choose. The Economy Line Pools have a 15-year warranty. If you choose a Pool4You pool, you get a 20-year warranty. If you choose the Starpool brand, you have a 30-year warranty. If you opt for ExclusivePOOL, you will have a full life, as the warranty is 100 years. Details and warranty conditions will be provided along with the documentation when purchasing the pool.

The pool accessory comes with a 24-month warranty. However, it does not include consumables such as for ex. Lamps.

Polyester pools have many advantages. Above all, it is the easiest and cheapest way to build a swimming pool. They are as durable as concrete and steel tanks. They are also easy to care for and the smooth coating of the pool makes cleaning easy. Various colours and shapes of basins are available. The pool installation time takes about 5 days.

We mainly manufacture our swimming pools in blue. Starpool and ExclusivePools pools are also available in white. However, you can choose any RAL colour against additional cost. We can also fulfil other wishes and for extra charge we can make your swimming pool in any colours (for ex. in national colours) or attach arbitrary graphics (for ex. family photo or a landscape) in the pool. Only your own imagination does limit you.

Mainly because of aesthetic and safety reasons. Covering the technical edge not only emphasizes the beauty of the pool, but prevents stumbling or slipping on the wet edge. What is more, an uncovered technical edge is exposed to acid rain, which may cause discoloration or stains on its surface.

The pool walls manufactured by PoolsFACTORY Group are insulated with polyurethane foam. If you follow the installation instructions, additional isolation is not needed.

Questions about pool installation and accessories

Our company does not perform pool installation and mounting services. However, you can count on our professional support at every phase of assembling the pool. You will receive all necessary instructions to carry out a proper installation and mounting of your swimming pool. It is best to commission a local construction company with the work, as well as an electrician and plumber, who will carry out the connection and the installations of the devices. The use of professionals from your area allows you to save a lot of money. A glass fibre pool installation is pretty easy, and with the help of our guides, every construction company, every plumber and electrician is able to install it without any problem. So there is no need to hire highly specialized companies. We carry out only the pre-assembly of the elements that are installed in the basin, these are: skimmer, nozzles, counter current system, lamps, etc.

All instructions can be found on our website at the given address.

In most cases, a building permit is not required. However, this depends on the size of the pool. More information can be obtained at your city or local municipality.

Our pools were designed with the idea of being installed on the entire pool level. So that the basin is mounted in a pit. That means equal with the garden ground, it can also be placed on the ground in the garden. In both cases, however, the basin must be completely biuld in. So if you do not want to mount the pool in the excavation, keep in mind that the type of installation above ground is exactly the same as in the excavation. What does that mean? Under the pool you have to prepare a concrete plate with reinforcement, and around the pool a concrete formwork should be made out of concrete blocks in which the concrete is poured between the pool wall and the concrete blocks. The pool stairs should also be underpinned.

The excavation for the pool should be about 60 to 80 cm larger than the upper outline of the selected pool model. To determine the excavation depth, add together the following measures: thickness of the concrete plate, thickness of the styrodur, total height of the basin and material height from which the pool edge is to be formed (for ex. curb, paving stones, wood). Here it must also be decided whether the technical edge of the pool should be exposed or, for example, covered with curbs. We recommend to cover the technical edge. Complete installation instructions of the swimming pool can be found on our web side.

The lean-mixed concrete filling must be from the bottom of the basin to the upper edge. The walls must be completely backfilled. This is the only way to guarantee that the walls of the pool will not deform after the pool is filled with water.

The recommended formwork width is approx. 20 cm. The rest of the excavation can be filled up with soil.

The concrete plate is an obligatory element of the pool installation. It protects the pool from unstable soil, micro-vibrations, landslides and prevents the occurrence of cracks in the bottom of the pool, which can occur after the tank is filled in with thousand litters of water. On a very dense ground you make a concrete foundation plate that is only 12 to 20 cm thick. The dimensions of the concrete plate are identical to the outer contour of the upper edge of the pool model. Here we will give some technical details. Use concrete class B20. Reinforcement should be according to the information given on the screen. It has to be noticed that a solid foundation, also determines the durability of a swimming pool.

The concrete late has various small bumps that need to be balanced. That's why you put styrodur on the plate. Without the styrodur rubbing of the pool floor on the concrete plate after a period of time could cause damage the pool bottom. In addition, it insulates the bottom of the pool.

The styrodur must be placed under the entire surface of the pool. It is good if the styrodur is also slightly protrude beyond the concrete plate bodrer. Then it is ensured that the entire bottom of the pool stands on the styrodur. The only exception is the area where the stairs should be underpinned. We recommend carrying out the underlayment of the stairs directly on the concrete plate.

This should not be done. It is best to underpin the stairs only after setting the pool in the excavation. The stairs can be checked for evenness and then be underpinned. It should be noted that the steps have different radii, curves and depths, so it is impossible to perform correct underpin before pool delivery.

Our pools are manufactured by hand, so the height of the technical edge can vary from 3 to 7 cm. However, this is unimportant for a correct installation of the swimming pool. If you want the pool border to get under the technical edge, you should consider this during the excavation so that it has the proper depth. If the edge is too high, it can be cut off. The technical edge, as the name implies, is only needed during the transport and installation phase of the pool. It is not a decoration element of the pool and we recommend to cover it completely.

We recommend that you only fill the pool with tap water, as the water from the well does not have the right properties and may contain too much content of different elements such as for ex. iron.

Do not fill the pool with water before it is installed. The water in the basin exerts too much pressure on the basin walls and can damage its structure or even cause a rupture. Remember that while the pool is being installed, water is added at the same time as the backfilling to balance the pressure of the water on the inside and the pressure of the backfill on the other side.

The size of the technical room depends on the number and type of equipment you install. Cinsider the dimensions of the filtration vessel. The technical room should be bricked. Its min. dimensions are: 1 M x 1.5 M x 1.5 M, in the case of the basic equipment offered by our company. You can also buy a ready-made technical box or counterflow box. If the pool is located near the house or other utility room, the technical room may e.g. in: basement, garden shed or a pavilion. Then it is much more convenient, e.g. to operate the filtration. Important, if the pool is equipped with a counter current, the pump of the counter current must be located just behind the pool, that means, behind the front panel of the counter current. That means it will have to prepare a space for the facility just behind the pool wall. The closer to the pool, the less pressure loss.

No, it does not have to. But the farther from the pool the more powerful a filter pump is needed. The same applies to the heat pump. If the pool is equipped with a counter current, the pump of the counter current must be located directly behind the pool wall.

If the technological room is to be installed several meters from the pool, you should buy a filter system with a higher pump capacity. If a heat pump is to be installed, the pipes should be additionally insulated. We also recommend the use of a check valve, especially if the filter system is positioned higher than the water level in the pool.

A complete installation manual for the pipe line of the swimming pool can be found on our website.

If the technical room is located directly at the pool, it is not necessary. However, if it is further away from the pool and the piping has long lines, we recommend additional insulation of the pipes.

The pool accessories mounted inside the pool, such as: skimmers, jets, lamps or counter current, are pre-assembled by PoolsFactory during production process, or at customer. This assembly involves the cutting and the installation, as well as the sealing of the elements located in the pool. However, excluding electric connection of the lamps. You decide where the elements should be placed in the pool, and of course we always advise you on where it is best to install the individual elements.

A floor drain is not a standard element of our pool equipment. Of course we can mount it on client’s request. However, this is not necessary since the basin can be emptied with the aid of a submersible pump. A correct circulation of the water in the lower part of the swimming pool is obtained by a corresponding adjustment of the multi-flow eye ball in the inlet nozzle.

A drain is an indispensable element of the technology shaft in which the filtration is located. In case of leakage, floating water may cause damage to the filter pump and other equipment located in the shaft. This can lead to big financial losses. In the cause of such a situation, the leaking water can flow out trough drain and thus protects all devices in the shaft. Another solution may be a drainage niche, that means, a place where the leaking water collects and can be pumped out with a diving pump. Apart from the drain, there must also be ventilation opening in the filter technical shaft.

All elements that are installed in the pool basin as for example the lamps, are pre-assembled by our professionals before the pool leaves the factory, or can be mounted at your site. If you interfere in the structure of the pool, you automatically lose the warranty.

Lamps should be mounted on flat pool surface. Ask our sales department to set a number of lamps for the desired pool. We recommend that you always install the pool lights so that it does not dazzle you. We call it an indirect lighting. It is best to mount the lamps on the side from which the pool should be viewed. For a pool length of up to 7.5 m we recommend at least 2 lamps. For larger pools at least 3. The best solution is to install two normal lights and one colour lamp.

The transformer is mounted in the technical shaft. The larger the distance to the equipment room, the larger the cross section of the cables should be used. If the technical shaft/room is far from the pool, a special location near the pool and with easy access can be set up for the transformer. Additional information can be found in the instructions for the lamps.

The decision to install a counter current should be made before the pool is delivered. This is because the front panel of the counter current must be installed in the pool wall. After the installation of the pool has been completed, a counter current cannot be retrofitted. The heat pump, however, can be installed later, but the pipe connection of it should be already prepared.

It is not possible to install a handrail in a pool after it has been installed. One should already decide which elements you want to be installed in the pool. A handrail that should help along to get in and out from the pool, is best to be mounted outside the basin, but directly at the entrance to a solid ground.

This is possible if you mount a check valve in front of the filtration pump. It is important that it is mounted between the skimmer and the filter pump. You must have easy access to the valve, so that the check valve can be easily cleaned if necessary.

If you prefer to swim in the Mediterranean than in the Baltic, you should invest in a heat pump. The heat pump is connected to the pool installation according to our installation manual on our website.

To supply the heat pump with electricity, a conventional 230 V mains voltage is required. The safety information can be found in the operating instructions of the heat pump.

The heat pump should be installed under a shelter/roof and near the poo. The heat pump must be provided with fresh air supply to the heat pump.

A heat exchanger is installed on water installation. To be more precisely via a bypass. The hot water that flows through the heat exchanger heats the pool water through the built-in spiral. The heat exchanger has a water temperature sensor. When the water reaches the required temperature, the water circulation from the heating source is interrupted. The installation of the heat exchanger should be in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and manuals, taking into consideration the power of the heating source. It is best to leave it to an experienced installer.

The UV lamp should always be installed according to the manufacturer's manual. It is installed on the pipe installation on a bypass behind the filtration device. The degree of water turbidity should not exceed 15 mg / dm. The UV lamp does not replace chlorine!

The nozzles should be placed on the opposite side of the skimmer, at least 20 to 40 cm below the water level.

The minimum number of inlet nozzles depends on the efficiency of the filter system and the flow of the nozzles. If you want to know what the amount is, there is a simple mathematical equation. Divide the efficiency of the filtration pump through the flow efficiency of the inlet nozzles. This will give you the number of nozzles needed for the pool.

Our workers always mount the skimmer on the shorter side of a pool. This ensures that the water flows along the pool, which is ideal for small private pools. We mount the skimmer so high that the water level in the pool is as high as possible. It is possible to set the water level in the area of the skimmer opening.

The counter current is mounted in a place where enough space to swim is. Mostly it is the side opposite the stairs, as this place is most optimal. The distance between the nozzle outlet of the system and the water level should be at least 25 cm.

In order for the counter current to work properly you need a 380 V connection. On request, a 230V counter current can be ordered. However, this variant of the counter current system at 230V is significantly weaker.

The automatic dosing system for salt electrolysis can be installed together with other equipment in the technical shaft/room. The device should be the last device in the water system, that means: just before the water gets through the inlet nozzles back to the pool.

Yes, our pools can also be used as overflow pools.

This is possible, while maintaining all the rules for the construction of an indoor pool. Our pools are not just for external use. Nothing prevents you from having your dream swimming pool in your house. Remember, however, that the pool has its dimensions and its installation in the building should be scheduled in advance, for ex. before the roof is closed.

Do you prefer sandy or stone beaches? There are plenty of ways to complete the space around your pool. The only limitation is just your imagination. It is the final effect that procures an unique look that creates atmosphere in the garden. It is important that the materials used have a non-slip and rough surface, as well as a slope towards the pool. The most popular elements of the pool design include:
First, shore and curbs. These can be made of granite, marble or mixtures of different materials.
Paving stones can also be used. Any pattern available on the market will be suitable.
A very interesting solution is a composite panel that is very similar to wood and is also an interesting solution.
Of course, natural wood can also be used. However, it should be resistant to various weather conditions, such as for ex. Merbau.
When the pool is installed in the garden, ceramic tiles also work as a covering.
The pool can also be surrounded by an area covered with grass.
Lovers of rocky beaches can use various types of garden stone as for ex. white pebbles. But it is not the most comfortable surface and the stones can also fall into the pool. If it happens, remove them immediately to avoid damage to the pool surface.

We recommend a foundation. The enclosure moves on rails that need to be mounted on a stable surface.

The pool enclosure is delivered in a wooden box and is prepared for self-assembly. The assembly instructions can be found in the product packaging.

Information about the pool accessories and their operation

The filtration device draws in water from the pool surface through the skimmer. In the skimmer there is a basket which ”catches” all larger impurities such: leaves, sticks and insects. Then the water flows with the remaining, smaller impurities to the filter, where a pre-filter, a second basket, collects the dirt. Both baskets should be cleaned regularly because the stocked contaminations may block the flow of water through the system, and this can damage the filtration device. After that the water flows from the pump into the filter and goes through the filtration medium, for example sand that filters out the remaining contaminants from the water. Clean and clear water returns then to the pool with the inlet nozzles.

To select the appropriate filter system, you must be taken into consideration, the distance to the pool and its capacity. Pay special attention to the available filter systems and their differences. For polyester we recommend filtrations with sand or glass insert. Sand filtration medium is quartz sand. These filtrations use a suction and pressure pump to take the water out of the pool and bring it into the filter, where impurities are “trapped” by the grains of sand. They are often equipped with a basket that collects larger contaminants and thereby improves the effectiveness. Clean and clear water returns to the pool through the inlet nozzles. The filter should be cleaned regularly with help of the "backwash function" to avoid contamination, bacteria and fungi. After 2 years of use, the filtration medium should be exchanged completely. Glass filtrations contains filtration medium of glass. These filtrations function on the same principle as sand filtrations. The difference is that glass filtration medium have better cleaning properties. The best way to see the difference is the number of bacteria in 1 cubic centimetre. Glass granules contain only 10 bacteria, whereas in the sand this number grows to 2.5 million bacteria. Using a filtration system with glass insert can reduce water consumption and reduces the usage of pool chemical agents by a half. When choosing the filtration system, pay attention to the filtration pump. Their efficiency depends on the effectiveness and speed of water purification. The pool water should be circulated four times a day. Also very important is also the material from which the pump and the filtration tank is made.

The filtration medium should be replaced at least every two years. The frequency with which the filtration sand is exchanged depends on the dimensions of the pool and the size of the filtration. Small filtrations, the need to replace the filtration medium can occur more frequently, for example once a year. The larger the filtration kettle is, the longer you enjoy clean water.

Fill in the filtration medium according to the enclosed manual. When filling, start with the thickest layer of sand and then go to the finer and smaller grains. It is important to ensure that no sand gets into the central tube in the filter. It is best to protect the tube opening when filling.

Always first fill the coarse sand, with the larger grain size and then the finer one.

The right selection of the filtration medium is crucial. You can choose between sand and an active filtration medium. Sand is the most commonly used filtration medium. There are different sand granulations. An active glass filtration medium is much more efficient than sand. Its main advantages are: crystal clear water, less chlorine consumption, no chlorine smell, no pathogens, ecological and economical product. The filtration medium is replaced only every 8-10 years.

The filtration should work the same as money 24/h, regardless of whether the pool is used or not. Thanks to this filtering work, the water in the pool will always be clean, there will be no so-called stagnation, favouring algae growth. The correct filtration operating time also influences the correct distribution of pool chemical agents in water. If the filtration operating time is to short, you will damage the surface of the pool and interfere with the water disinfection.

We distinguish four main functions of the 4-way valve. First, FILTER. The water is forced into the filtration and then passed through the filtration medium. The contaminations remain on the sand grains. So that the sand remains in the filter and only clean water flows into the pool. Filtrations can have the bottom covered with nozzles or a filtration star. In the star there are small tubes with narrow gaps that “hold” the filtration sand. The second function is BACKWASH. After setting the 4-way valve in this position, the water is passed through the slotted tubes from below to the filter. The sand is then lifted and mixed, and the dirt can be removed from the sand grains. All impurities enter directly into the sewage system. The CLOSED function closes the entire water flow to the filter and the basin. Do not use this setting when filtration is turned on. The last function RINSE, allows the cleaning of the sand and to settle the sand at the bottom after rinsing. In this position, the pool water flows through the filter and is discharged through an additional outlet directly into the sewage system.

A 6-way valve has two additional functions: CIRCULATION. Thanks to this function, the circulating water is led back into the pool without flowing through the filter. This bypasses the filter. The second additional feature is DOLLAR. This allows direct pumping and lowers the water level in the pool or the emptying of the pool. Water is discharged directly into the sewage system.

The difference lies mainly in two additional options of the 6-way valve, circulating and draining. However, they are not necessary for a filtration system to work properly. Filtration. Backwashing and final rinsing are the most important.

The look-in glass makes it possible to observe and control the degree of contamination of the water during the backwash process. The look-in glass is located on the head of the filtration system, directly on the multi-way valve. If the water is dirty, the filtration medium should be further rinsed until clear water is visible in the look-in glass. That takes about 3 to 5 minutes.

The manometer indicates the pressure of the water passing through. If the pressure rises, a flow problem (yellow area) or even no flow can occur (red area in the manometer). When the pressure goes up, it means it's time for the backwash. However, if the pressure is too low, it may be that the basket on the filter pump, or the pump itself, may be clogged with leaves or other contaminants.

The basket on the circulation pump is used to collect larger contaminants from the filtered water. Remember to regularly check the cleanliness of the skimmer baskets and the circulation plumps. That should be done at least once a week.

There are two types of water drainage from the filter kettle: a rosette with slotted tubes (called the cross bottom) or nozzles distributed all over the bottom. Pipes or nozzles have narrow slots, thanks to which the sand remains in the filter and only pure water flows into the pool. Filtration vessels with a nozzle bottom are more effective because the nozzles are located on the entire bottom surface of the vessel.

It is a valve that allows you to drain the remaining water from the filter bowl for ex. before the winter time. In order for the water to drain, the negative pressure created in the filter tank should be overcome by unscrewing, for example, the mano-meter.

It is possible if you connect the hose of the hand vacuum to the skimmer. Then the filtration is set on the DRAIN or BACKWASH function. Always take care not to interrupt the process, because if air gets into the line connected to the skimmer, the process cannot be resumed.

Skimmer is simply a side drain of water from the pool towards the filtration. Larger contaminations that float on the water surface, as for example leaves are cached up by the skimmer basket, which is located in skimmer. To allow the water to flow, the skimmer should be cleaned regularly. Skimmers can be made of different materials and have different dimensions.

The skimmer basket caches up larger contaminations from water. It also the skimmer where you does the chemical agents, that means tabs with chlorine. Remember to always keep the skimmer basket clean. Best min. check once a week and clean if necessary.

The filtered water flows back into the pool with the inlet nozzles. An inlet nozzle can be adjusted to the water flow, which flows through the ball hole out of it. If necessary, the nozzle can also perform a suction function.

If you love sport activities and intensive training, a counter current is the perfect solution for you. Thanks to it you can use the pool not only to relax, but especially for your daily swim training as in an Olympic pool. The water jet, throws water at a speed of 55 to 80 m3 / h, and allows you to swim on the spot.

Yes. The intensity, direction and shape of the flow can be adjusted via a special adjust bottom on the nozzle.

The pool will serve you for many years and you will not always be young and fit like Achilles. Therefore, we recommend mounting a handrail in the pool, which helps with getting in and out. It can also be helpful for children. The handrail can also be mounted above the counter current system. The decision to install a handrail should be made during pool assembly as it must be reinforced with concrete on the other side of the pool wall.

A heat pump is an electrical device that uses thermal energy from the air to heat water in the pool. This is possible thanks to a special heat exchanger in the pump. It uses much less power than a conventional water heater. Keep in mind that the pool water should not be heated above 28 ° C. The heat pump also has a cooling function. Depending on the size of the pool, pumps with a capacity of 6.5 to 16 kW are used. Detailed information on this topic can be found in the lower section

Depending on the model, the heat pump switches off at a temperature of -5 ° C to + 5 ° C.

The hot water that comes out of your heater flows into the heat exchanger through a spiral that inside of the heat exchanger. The pool water warms up by absorbing the heat from the spiral around it. The heat exchanger has a water temperature sensor. When the required temperature is reached, the water circulation from the heating source is cut-off. The installation of the heat exchanger should be in accordance with the manufacturer's manual and instructions, taking into consideration the power of the heating source. It is best to leave it to an experienced installer.

The choice of a heat exchanger and its performance must always be determined with a professional installer. The right choice is determined, among other things, by the performance of the heating device (for ex. heating) and the pool capacity. The duration of heating and the power required for it can be calculated using the formula given below, taking into account the working parameters of each heat exchanger. The operating parameters of most heat exchangers are: Chlorine: Max. 3 mg / l (ppm), pH: 7.2-7.8, Alkalinity: 60-120 mg / l (ppm), Hardness: 200-1000 mg / l ( ppm). Theoretical calculation of the required heat output for the pool: P = 1.16 x T x V / t Theoretical calculation of the time required to heat the pool: t = 1.16 x T x V / P Example of calculating the time: Swimming pool 30 m , 5 C to 25 C with power 6 kW: t = 1.16 x (25-5) x 30/6 = 116 hours P = power in kW; t = time in hours; T = temperature difference; 1.16 = fixed value; V = pool capacity.

The operating time of the heat exchanger depends on its capacity, the pool capacity and desired water temperature. The following formula can be used to calculate this: Theoretical calculation of the time needed to warm up the pool water: t = 1.16 x T x V / P Example of time calculation: Swimming pool 30 m, 5 C to 25 C with power 6 kW: t = 1.16 x (25-5) x 30/6 = 116 hours P = power in kW; t = time in hours; T = temperature difference; 1.16 = fixed value; V = pool capacity.

Yes, but to avoid corrosion, choose heat exchanger made from plastic or titanium

The plastic absorber takes the energy from the solar heat and heats the flowing pool water.

he decision to install solar collectors (or solar cells) requires special consideration. Such a solution has its advantages and disadvantages. The energy of the sun is completely free, but the water in the pool warms up under the condition that the sun is shining. However, the number of sunny days in our country is very low and you can achieve a counterproductive effect, that means allow the water to cool out.

The exchange off heat of the solar panels takes place in a heat exchanger where the liquid flowing through the collectors gives off heat to the pool water. In the case of pool solar, heat is transferred directly to the pool water.

A heat pump is definitely a better form of water heating in the pool. Pool solar warm the pool water by using the warmth form the sun. On cloudy days, the water can cool off. The heat pump warms the water regardless of weather conditions.

The function of salt electrolyser is similar to the ecosystem of the oceans. The addition of salt to the pool water and a low current flow in the electrolyser cell form sodium hypochlorite, which can completely disinfect the pool water without the need to add other chlorine products. Remember, however, that the water is still being disinfected with chlorine. For metal elements in the pool, it must be checked if the salt resistant, so they do not corrode.

The aesthetics and what you like best are the most important here. LED lamps consume less power, but they give a more point light. They are available in different variants, for example RGB, and the user is pleased with alternating colour light. Halogen lamps in turn consume more power, but they give a much wider beam of light. We recommend 300 watt halogen lamps.

Pool lamps are designed so that it is not necessary to empty the pool to replace a light bulb. All you have to do is unscrew the lamp, pull it over the water surface and replace the bulb. This is possible thanks to the 1.5m cable, behind the lamp. But do not change the bulb when you are standing in the pool.

A transformer is necessary to power the halogen, LED pool lamps. The device reduces the main voltage to a lower value. For a power connection of the lamps certain safety requirements have to be met, as for example a thermal switch against overheating and, in most cases, time-delay fuses that are adapted to the 230V input voltage.

The pool enclosure is an equipment element of the pool. With a pool enclosure the pool can be used for several months longer because the heat loss is limited. The enclosure also protects children and animals from falling into the pool. The pool water is protected and it reduces the amount of pool chemical agents used.

When selecting a pool enclosure, the following elements must be taken into consideration: pool dimensions; the area around the pool; the type of polycarbonate from which the enclosure is made; the desired height of the roof; and other aesthetic aspects, such as the colour.

We offer pool enclosures made of normal or chamber polycarbonate. By default we use transparent polycarbonate. Other colours are available on request.

The pool enclosures we offer differ on the model. Pool enclosures with clear polycarbonate, have a thickness of 3 to 4 mm. Those with dual-compartment polycarbonate have a thickness of 8 mm.

Most of our pool enclosures are made of silver or anthracite profiles in standard. For an extra charge, you can also order profiles in wood, carbon look or in a any RAL colour. More information about the selected enclosure can be found on our website.

Especially in winter, when snow falls, you must pay special attention to the enclosure. It must not be allowed that large amounts of snow accumulate on the enclosure. Wet snow is especially heavy. With a layer thickness of 10 cm, snow can weigh up to 100 kg / m2. High and wide roofs are particularly at risk. The snow should be removed symmetrically, evenly on both sides at the same time, so as not to overload one side of the enclosure.

The width of the rails depends on the type of roofing. First consider the size of the roof. The longer it is, the more segments it has and the wider the rails are. 3-segment enclosures have an approximate width of approx. 426 mm. Those with 4 segments - 564 mm, with 5 segments - 704 mm. In addition, these dimensions vary depending on the manufacturer. If you would like more detailed information, please fill out our form, which can be found on our website.

Depending on the model of the enclosure and manufacturer, the width of each segment is between 2.09 and 2.12 m. For detailed information, fill out the for “m” on our website.

Depending on the model of the enclosure and manufacturer, the entrance may be in front or on the side. We offer both versions. A side entrance can be selectively mounted on the left or right side of the enclosure. It is also possible to use another combination on request. Everything depends on your expectations. If you would like more detailed information, please fill out the form you will find on our website.

Side entrance in enclosures can be freely mounted on the left or right side. The front entrance is always mounted in the middle of the largest front wall. If you would like more detailed information, please fill out the form you will find on our website.

Yes. The enclosures we offer can be locked so that no unauthorized persons can use your swimming pool while you are absent. It also prevents the children from opening the enclosure.

The weight of an enclosure varies and depends on the chosen model. In the standard versions, the weight varies between 250 and 3110 kg, depending on the model and enclosure size. If you want more information, please fill out the form on our website.

A shutter cover is a form of a pool cover. It consists of interconnected PVC panels, which provide a relatively rigid cover on the water surface. The side profiles are sealed at the ends with plugs. The roller shutter is a floating cover on the water, which does not require any guides. You can choose between automatic and manual shutters. If you choose a swimming pool cover to protect the pool water from heat loss, evaporation and prevent contaminants of the pool water. Swimming pool roller shutters, however, do not guarantee protection against drowning, although it is a rather stable construction.

No. The shutter cover has a fairly rigid construction and is theoretically able to hold even an adult human on its surface, but does not protect against drowning.

Operation of the swimming pool (use, disinfection, problems with the pool water)

The energy costs of the heat pump is influenced by the following factors: firstly the heat pump's output, secondly the current energy prices, thirdly the pump's running time. It is also important weather the pool water surface is covered with a solar foil or a enclosure. Lack of pool covering leads to rapid cooling of the pool water, which in turn extends the operating time of the heat pump and leads to a higher power costs. For best effect use solar foil and pool enclosure together.

The costs of using the counte rcurrent depend on the frequency of using it and the price of electricity.

The pool water should be exchanged every year before the beginning of the season. Make sure that in the winter, the pool water level is below the nozzles. To prevent algae formation in the water ad winter fluid. Empty the pool completely before the next season, clean it and fill it with clean water again. If you want to empty the pool, do so only if there has been no heavy rains for a few days. Rainwater can increase the groundwater level, which can cause damage the pool bottom. Do not leave the pool for more than a few hours without water. Make sure that after you have empty the pool you do not feel water under the pool floor. If you feel that there is water underneath, you should start filling the pool as soon as possible to avoid damage to the pool.

You clean the pool basin depending on its contamination. However, we recommend that you check the cleanliness of the pool walls all time and, if necessary, clean it. You should also thoroughly clean your swimming pool before beginning of each season.

The pool should be cleaned with help of: the surface net, manual pool vacuum and a wall brush. A fully automatic vacuum cleaner will help you to do this tedious job. An automatic pool cleaner will take over all the hard work and you can relax while he is working.

Chemical agents are essential for the preservation of crystal clear water. Always use according to the manual on the packaging and manufacturer's instructions to prevent fungi, algae and other microorganisms from settling in the basin. In order to prevent this, you must regularly pay attention to cleanliness and disinfect the pool water properly. Before each use of swimming pool chemical agents, the water should be checked for purity, pH, algae and concentration of other chemicals.

How often and what quantities the chemical agents are used depends on several factors. The most important are: weather conditions, and that are: frequency and intensity of rainfall and how often you and your relatives use the pool.

Stowing the swimsuit and taking out warm winter clothes is a sign that you should also prepare your pool for winter. This requires several steps: first, the water is pumped out of below the level of the nozzles and the skimmer. Then you have to dry the pipe line, for ex. with a pressure compressor. The next step is to drain the filtration and filtration pump. Do not forget to disassemble the filtration pump and store it in a warm room. Pour the wintering agent into the remaining water in the pool to prevent algae formation. Detailed information about preparing the pool for winter can be found on our homepage.

We recommend that the temperature of the water in the pool does not exceed 28 ° C.

Yes, but serious damage is never a manufacturing failure. They are mostly influenced by external factors and/or wrong operating. That's why it's so important to follow the instructions you receive from us during both: the installation and later use of the swimming pool. Any damage, not covered by the warranty, may be repaired after prior inspection and cost calculations.

To keep the pool clean, several actions are required. This includes: correct adding of the pool chemical agents as well as the maintenance of the pool bottom, the walls and the water. For each we use different devices. Also check the water values such as: chlorine levels, which should not exceed 0.6 on the test scale added to each pool set; the water pH, which should be kept within 7.4 to 7.6. You should also clean the pool regularly with a manual, semi-automatic or automatic pool vacuum cleaner. The heart of each pool is the filtration system. The bigger the filter, the cleaner the water. If you always want to have clear water in the pool, the filtration system should work 24/h, regardless of whether and if you are using the pool or not. If you are not using the pool, cover the water surface. This prevents the pool to get dirty by falling-in leaves, insects and other contaminants.

An very interesting and increasingly popular alternative methods of pool water treatment is a salt electrolysis. Salt electrolysis device convert salt into chlorine, however without the typical chlorine smell, and is more safe to use for sensitive skin. In addition, most of the salt electrolysis devices automatically perform all important water quality measurements

Green water means that you have an algae problem in your pool. They multiply in water that has not been properly disinfected and/or filtered. In a pool with water temperature up to 24 °C, add the amount of algae agent as recommended on the packaging to prevent algae formation in the water. If the pool water temperature exceeds 27 °C, you double the dosage. We remind you that chemical pool agents should be used regardless whether you use the swimming pool or not. It is important that the filtration runs 24/h. This will help preventing the algae to develope, which occurs especially in still waters.

Two weeks before planned pool emptying do not use any chemical agents. The water is then free of chlorine compounds and you can use it to water your garden before winter.

Turbid water is the result of excretion of calcium. This is caused by bad water pH. This phenomenon is often caused by filling the pool with well water. We recommend using tap water, however this also can hard. This also can lead to calcification that sets up on the pool walls. If you know that the installation water in your area is hard, we advise to install a filter in the domestic water system and, in addition, to keep the water pH in the pool at 7.0, as well as to apply suitable measures to of Calcinex or Calzestab that regulate the hardness of the water. Lime deposits on large areas, as for example in your swimming pool, where the warm and humid environment creates ideal conditions for the growth of bacteria.

Keep the water pH between 7.0 and 7.4 and fill the basin with tap water. Remove any deposits from the pool with a vacuum cleaner. Also very important is to remove all particles that are thoroughly dissolved in water: Salts, acids, bases, amino acids and urea. You can use a coagulant with a wide pH range. This reduces the turbidity of the water. The dissection causes the contaminants to pass into larger concentrations that can be “captured” by the filtration medium. Use a pool vacuum cleaner connected to the skimmer to remove larger debris that settles to the bottom of the pool. Important! The suction hose cannot contain air in order not to vent the pump! The filtration should always be set on: "Filter / Filter" during suction. After completing the work, switch the filtration function to "Backwash / Backwash". ATTENTION! Do not forget to switch off the pump before switching the filtration function on the multiway valve! During “Backwash”, the sediment and contaminants are sucked in and flushed out form the filtration device.

The water is drained from the basin by switching the multi-way valve to the "DRAIN" position. The remaining water can be pumped out with a submersible pump if you have not installed a floor drain in the pool.

If you want to have a beautiful and well maintained pool enclosure, clean it with mild washing agents at least twice a year. Preferably just after winter, starting the season and at its end, just before winter. However, nothing prevents the roof from being cleaned more frequently. Use only soft cleaning agents and clothes that do not scratch aluminium surface of the enclosure.

The pool can be used by anyone who can swim. We recommend that children in or around the pool are supervised by adults. The same applies to pets who are not allowed to be near the pool without supervision. This ensures the safety of your loved ones and prevent possible accidents. Before entering the pool, cool your body with a shower or other device near the pool. The temperature difference between water and air can negatively affect your body.

Our swimming pools were designed mainly for people. In general, though, your pets will not mind using the pool, but please keep in mind that animal claw can scratch the surface of the pool and damage the surface.

Transport and unloading

We own Europe's largest pool warehouse and we manufacture our swimming pools all year-round. 90% of our pool range is available immediately. In the season, that is from March to the end of October, the delivery time of our pools takes 2 to 4 weeks, if the transport is carried out by our company. For larger order quantities, the delivery time of the pools can be extended. You can pick up the pool by yourself, and shorten the delivery time by a few days. To avoid long queues, it is important to order a pool as soon as possible.

If you have not previously paid for a swimming pool, prepare the order amount and make the payment on delivery to the driver before unloading. On the day of delivery of the pool, you should have completed the necessary construction work. That is: an excavation pit with a concrete plate. Styrodur should be laid on the surface of the concrete plate. Make sure the Styrodur layer is free from earth, sand, and rocks so you can safely place the basin on top of it. To unload the swimming pool, a crane with belts of at least 10 meters and a lifting height of at least 6 to 8 meters is required. This ensures a proper unloading of the swimming pool.

The swimming pools are delivered either on platform-shaped commercial vehicle with a length of 9 meters and a width of 3.3 meters, or on a van with trailer with length of 18 meters and a width of 3.3 meters.

The way the pool is packed and loaded depends on its width and the country where the pool is to be delivered. Pools up to a width of 3.25 meters are usually loaded flat (depending on the destination country). Swimming pools with a width of more than 3.25 meters are always loaded sideways.

The vehicles on which the swimming pools are delivered have no crane and other unloading equipment.

The prices vary from region to region. Normally the prices are between 80 - 200 € per working hour. More information can be obtained from a crane company in your area.

To unload the pool basin, you need a crane at least 10 meters high. The swimming pool is connected to four belts of min. 8 meters (!) length. In this way, the pool can be lifted up safely and without any risk of damage from the vehicle. For unloading you need at least two persons to secure and of course a crane operator. If the belts are shorter than indicated, the basin will be crushed and cracks may occur. These cracks cannot be recognized in a complaint (each discharge is documented by our driver on photos).

Always unload the pool with a crane. Manually unloading of the pool or using equipment other than a crane may void the warranty.

We advise against unloading the pool with an excavator. If you decide to unload with a device other than a crane, you will lose your guarantee on the pool. To unload the swimming pool, a crane with a boom length of at least 10 meters and a suspension device of at least 8 meters is required. If the pool cannot be brought close to the excavation, the boom must be longer than 10 meters. This ensures a proper discharge of the pool and the placement of the pool in the pit.

Yes, our pools are equipped with eyelets under the edge of the pool so that the basin can be safely unloaded.

For the unloading of the swimming pool at least 2 persons are needed for the safety and instruction, the crane driver and our company driver not included.

Yes, our driver has appropriate belts and the crane operator should additionally have chains that are necessary for unloading.

We are unable to provide the exact time of arrival. The driver often has a long drive and we cannot predict what happens on the way (accidents, traffic jams and other unforeseen events). We always inform our clients on which day we will deliver the pool so you can book a crane. We always try to determine if the delivery takes place in the morning or in the afternoon, but this information is not 100% sure. Our driver will contact you about an hour before arrival so that you can inform the crane company when the crane has to come.

This is a responsibility off the client.

Proper unloading should not exceed 2 working hours. Of course this is not always predictable. This depends on several factors such as: the terrain or the location of the excavation in relation to the standing room of the crane.

If you pay for transportation, you pay for the space on the vehicle, as it is also in case of courier or haulage companies. If the order does not exceed the permissible transport weight, it will be combined with the order orders of another customer. However, it is possible to order individual transports. Then we just pack your swimming pool. This service costs additional 950 € to the basic transport costs.

Yes, the purchased pool can also be collected by
the customer himself.

In order to be able to collect the pool basin by yourself you have to be equipped with adequate, sufficiently: large car / truck or trailer, conveyor belts, several polystyrene plates, tarpaulins. Consider the size of your vehicle with the swimming pool and observe the current StVO, especially in the section on the maximum vehicle dimensions.
